Every engagement is defined in writing before payment. Scope covers page count, feature set, integrations and deliverables. Any addition outside the agreed scope is discussed openly and quoted separately rather than absorbed silently.

Positioning strategy, conversion copy in your voice, a full authority platform, calendar and inquiry integration and a recorded handoff walkthrough are included in every full build.

Two rounds of revisions are included in every full build. Revisions are delivered within 48 hours of consolidated feedback. Additional rounds beyond the first two can be arranged and are quoted separately.

Revisions cover copy refinement, visual adjustments and structural tweaks. New sections or new features fall under scope changes rather than revisions.

Every engagement runs through Upwork Direct Contracts. Payment sits in escrow and releases only when milestones are delivered and reviewed.

Engagements are structured in two equal milestones. The first begins the build. The second releases only after the finished work has been delivered and you have reviewed it. You always see the work before the second payment leaves escrow.

At handoff you receive full credentials, a recorded Loom walkthrough of every section and a usage guide. You own the platform completely. There are no ongoing fees required to keep the site running.

The demo is offered at no cost and no obligation. If the direction is not the right fit after the walkthrough, there is nothing owed and no pressure to continue. The demo remains yours to reference.
