The Demo-First Model

The demo comes first. Everything else follows.

Confidence you can see beats promises you have to trust. Every engagement begins with proof, not a pitch.

Step 01
Demo

Before we ever speak, I study your public positioning. Your credentials, published content, audience, category and the specific frame nobody else in your market has claimed.

From that I build a complete working preview of your future platform. A homepage, the structural spine and the copy voice, all live on a real URL. It arrives in your inbox at no cost and no obligation.

You see the vision before you have to trust it. If the direction is not the right fit after the walkthrough, there is no obligation to continue. The demo remains yours to reference.

Step 02
Walkthrough

The walkthrough is a 30-minute call. I walk you through the strategic reasoning behind every section of the demo, the positioning judgment that shaped it and the parts I would refine in a full build.

It is also an honest conversation about whether the full build is the right fit. If the answer is not yet, that is a good outcome for both of us.

Step 03
Build

The full engagement runs in two equal milestones. The first milestone starts the build. I typically ship the full platform in 14 days with progress updates at day 5 and day 10 so you are never wondering where things stand.

The second milestone is due only after the finished work is delivered and reviewed. You always see the work before the second payment.

Engagement scope and investment vary based on the depth of the build, and this is discussed openly on the walkthrough call.

Step 04
Handoff

At handoff you receive a recorded Loom walkthrough explaining every section, the reasoning behind it and how it converts. Revisions are typically delivered within 48 hours of your feedback.

Then credentials and a usage guide so you own the platform completely.

Payment Protection

Every engagement runs through Upwork Direct Contracts.

Your payment sits in escrow. It releases only when milestones are delivered. This is client protection, plain and simple. You always see the work before the money leaves escrow.

Working Across Time Zones

Distance is a scheduling detail. It is not a delivery problem.

Communication runs asynchronously through email and scheduled calls. You send context on your schedule. I respond on mine. Neither of us waits on the other to keep the build moving.

Progress updates arrive on schedule at day 5 and day 10 regardless of time zone difference. Every update is written and shared so nothing gets lost between calls. You are never left wondering where things stand.

Calls are scheduled to overlap comfortably with your working day rather than mine. Clients in the US, UK and Middle East all move at the same pace inside the same 14-day window.

Availability

A limited number of builds each month so every engagement gets founder-level attention.

The next step

You have seen the order everything happens in. The demo comes first here too.

If a demo makes sense for your positioning, you will see it before you pay anything.
